(a) ...MechanicDesk be run on Google's Chrome browser. The programme is optimised for this browser and is approximately 30% faster when run on Chrome compared to Internet Explorer. That being said, MechanicDesk is capable of running on all major browsers such as Safari, Firefox, etc.
(b) ...8Gb of RAM is available on your system. MechanicDesk aims to provide the smoothest user experience and thus preloads a substantial amount of information into the system's memory to avoid slow server queries. MechanicDesk can work with much less memory available but this will result in deteriorated performance.
