MYOB Synching issue - BusinessEvent_DateOccurred_InLockPeriod

Issue: If the error: "BusinessEvent_DateOccurred_InLockPeriod" appears in the integrations section as seen below:



Explanation: This is because they have a lock date or lock in period set in their MYOB.  M.D cannot access the documents prior to this lock out period.


Resolution: To resolve this they need to remove the lock in date or set the documents to a date after the lock period so that M.D can access them.
