To avoid emails going to customer’s Junk/Spam Folder

There are a few ways to minimise this:

 

  1. To ask the customers to whitelist our email address.
  2. Change your default email templates because these are very generic and are likely to be flagged as spam by the spam filters.
  3. There is a digital signature option available in M.D. This again allows the email template to be less generic and less likely to be flagged as spam.
