Error Code: Maximum allowed characters for EventId is 8 : MechanicDesk Support

This happens when the Bill Number, or Credit Note Number in MechanicDesk is exceeding the limit of 8 characters in MYOB.

Some workshop set a prefix of CRN- then the number of 10000 which create a credit note number in MD of

CRN-10000, with the length of 9 and MYOB Does not like it.
