Adding a courtesy vehicle (CV) is similar to adding a customer vehicle. In this case, the system will create a customer which will represent yourself in the customer ledger. If you have already created such a customer, before using the CV manager for the first time, please let our support team at MechanicDesk know so we can correctly configure the system for you.
To add a new CV, click on the New Vehicle button on the CV manager
Fill in the form and click Save at the bottom:
The system will have created a new customer in your customer ledger with your workshop name. This customer will now own all CVs in your workshop. The CV will now show in your CV manager
