If there is a synching error with an integration and you see "failed to sync customer (X) same customer has matched to customer (X)"
It will show something similar to the screenshot below:
There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening.
(1) They need to make sure that there are no duplicate customers in the system. If so they can merge the customers to resolve this.
(2)They need to make sure that the customers in mechanic desk and Quickbooks, MYOB, Xero etc, have identical spelling. Even a space in the incorrect place can confuse the integration.
If everything seems to be correct and the error persists, we will need to push through a fix for them. In this case contact Vinh or Dan.
