If you have recently updated your Older MYOB Essentials File to the newer version you will get the following error

This means that the system can no longer send files through as the API is not compatible.


What you will need to do is contact us so we can walk you through the process to get this fixed. This will involve noting down the date at which documents have stopped going through to MYOB, Reseting the integration and Setting up a new one.
